11th Annual Futsal Tournament - 2012 Dates Announced

Ohio Northern University will be hosting the 11th Annual High School Futsal Tournament.
It has become the largest and most popular High School Futsal Tournament in Ohio.

There will be two separate one-day tournaments on February 25 and February 26, 2012.

There will be two divisions for teams of all ages and ability (each division will be available whichever day you choose).

IMPORTANT: There are a limited amount of spots each day and they fill up quickly. Please Register your team today!

2011 Futsal Tournament - Another Outstanding Tournament

A record number of teams played in the 2011 edition of the ONU Futsal Tournament, and a record number in attendance watched some great futsal action.

On Saturday, Solon took home the title in both the Black and Orange divisions, while on Sunday, Tipp City won the Black division title while Defiance claimed the Orange division title.

The days were filled with fun for everyone, and the soccer (futsal) was fast paced and very competitive.

Both days saw fans walk away with some amazing prizes including free tickets to the see the Columbus Crew, as well as ONU Fan Shop items, and discounts on summer soccer camps at Great Lakes Soccer Academy.

Thank you to everyone for making the 2011 ONU Futsal Tournament one of the best in the history of the event. Please check back in the fall for information on the 2012 Tournament.

2010 Futsal Tournament a Success!!

Congratulations to all of the teams that participated in the 2010 Ohio Northern Futsal Tournament!! We had some of the best competition and games in the history of the tournaments.

On Saturday, Solon took both the Black (varsity) and Orange (junior varsity) divisions. On Sunday, it was Marysville taking home the title for the Black division and Defiance for the Orange division.

We also gave away some great prizes during the raffle, including tickets to a Cleveland Cavs game, multiple sets of tickets to see the Columbus Crew, and also autographed items from the Crew as well as the Columbus Blue Jackets.

Thank you to everyone for making this year's tournaments a success!

2009 Futsal Tournament a HUGE SUCCESS!

The 2009 ONU High School Futsal Tournament set records in 2009. 34 teams participated this year and both days were very competitive. On Saturday, Sidney and Hiland took home the titles, while on Sunday, Toledo Christian and Lehman Catholic were able to capture the championships.

But, more importantly, every team had a lot of fun and all of the games were extremely close. Thank you to everyone who attended the 2009 futsal tournament!
